What Webhooks Pro is for

Webhooks Pro lets a Jira admin fan Jira events out to one or more external HTTP endpoints, with control that Jira's built-in webhooks don't give you:

Filter what gets sent with JQL, event-family selection, and debounce windows that collapse rapid edits into one delivery.
Shape the payload — pick fields, or write your own JSON with {{ … }} placeholders against the full event context.
Schedule deliveries with Quartz CRON, completely separate from Jira events. Useful for periodic reports, heartbeats, audit snapshots.
Trust what's leaving your tenant — every delivery can be HMAC-signed, every host needs Forge admin egress approval, and every send is logged with full request, response, and "Run again" replay.
Trigger from a workflow transition — drop the Trigger Webhook post function on any transition.
